PV 114T Error Message
Hey.
Have a Power Vault 114T 2u backup. Our office manager just pointed out error message on the front I never seen, looks like error code P.
Searching the manual (only one I can find is from 07) it says that Function Code P is - RESERVED (Service Function).
Any ideas?

What kind of Tape drive is in the enclosure? I would start by running a cleaning tape in the unit and then look into running the update on the drive and on the enclosure. After that you will need to do a power cycle on the enclosure for the updates to take affect. Once that is done, try and run another backup and see if the error comes back and see if the backup job completes. Please let me know if you have any other questions.
