Blown/burn out CAP on CPU Riser for Dell T5500
Hello,
My Dell Precision T5500 wouldn’t power up and after removing the CPU riser card the PC powered up fine. I check the riser card and found blown/burn out capacitor.
i want to replace the CAP but I don’t know it value. Anyone know the valve of these cap? Thanks?

His point is another, Hchhon. That cap didn't burn that way by itself, but for some precise cause.
Replacing it will not fix whatever issue is present, that caused it.
It could be a Voltage Regulator that's failing...

Ok.
Update: I used the soldering iron to remove and clean up the burnt CAP and plug the riser card back and the PC is up and running again for almost two days now without any symptoms.0

You may be better off to get a replacement CPU raiser. The time consuming tasks to source for proper parts and having a good soldering station for repair, it still does not address the causes for the burnt out CAP.
