Our fairly-new Dell 3130CN printer is having problems with the alignment with the cyan.  The alignment is off by a millimeter or so in the long/feed direction.  However, it appears that only the scan direction can be aligned (through the color registration menu).  It is very noticeable on any printouts, including the color test pages.

Only the cyan is misaligned.  All other colors are great.  The cyan cartridge (ship-in) still has plenty of life in it, so we'd hate to throw it out.  I've attached a few of the indicators from the color test printout (the vertical lines are from the scanner).  Notice the 'lip' around anything containing cyan, and the shift in cyan in the image of the printer.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.
