Re: V31\3w:. Color prints fine but Black will not. Test sheet prints all colors well but the black lines, at best, shows up on corner and a little more. Tried printing with all available colors using a black and white pic .It prints  but not true Black more like faded purple with what looks like red rubs or streaks in the center of the pic.  Then I selected to use Black ink only, the results are the same. Changed the cartridges several times. I removed the printer head and cleaned in thoroughly and also made sure the nozzles are clean as well. I then re-installed the print head with no apparent  improvement. Will appreciate any input. Thank You.
