C2660dn Blinking Amber Light

This printer is less then a year old and lightly used. When I turn it on all it does is show a blinking Amber light. The panel does not come on at all. I can find nothing online or in the manual to suggest what the issue is or how to fix. If anyone can advise a solution I would be appreciative.

    The blinking amber light means that an "unrecoverable print error" has happened. Have you been able to "reset" ? Or is the Information button not available?

    * Press the Information button

    * Press the "Tools" tab on the screen

    * Press "Admin Settings"

    * Press "Maintenance"

    * Scroll down and press "Reset Defaults"

    I'm not able to bring up any menu's or get the LCD panel to activate. Is there any other way to reset?

    I assume this never got resolved?  I have the same issue with this printer and can't get it to clear.  I was trying to see if there was a card/board i could clear or reset inside but can't find any documentation on it.  There doesn't appear to be any battery or reset jumpers that i could find.

    Any ideas?
