My printer will not print color. My ink level is good. I did a clean and deep clean but the but the test page did not print color. It prints black just fine.
having same problem --- tried settings / cleaning / deep cleaning / new cartridge / wet cloth cleaning / etc to no avail. simply will not print in color, ready for the sledge hammer unless someone has a better solution.

Make sure the printer cartridges are in correctly. It may be possible that the ink cartridge may have slowly dried up and needs replaced.
Start, control panel, printers, your printer, printer preferences. Look and make sure the settings are set to use all available ink.
