Hello Dell Community,

I need to be able to disable the instructions page when trying to print duplex with my laser printer 1700 on windows 7.

I am aware there are two other similiar threads, but this issue is a serious problem with Dell's support for Windows 7 and we need an official response from the Dell support team!

I personally have been very frustrated from this, because I spent many hours and dollars getting my wife to move to a new laptop. It came with windows 7, but now with the printing issue and she doesnt even want to use the new laptop because of the waste (she prints A LOT).

Dell this is simply unacceptable for me, I hope you can at least give us a response.
