Duplexer unavailable on Dell 2155cdn after install Mac driver
Duplexing options are unavailable on my Dell 2155cdn after installing this Mac driver:
"Dell 2155cn/cdn Color Printer Mac OS 10.8 driver package"
This driver version 2.0 was installed today under OSX 10.9
Those duplexing options are available on my other Mac linked through the same network to the same printer using driver version 1.3 under OSX 10.7.5
Although an almost identical problem was fixed by Dell Support in July by remotely logging in to this other OSX 10.7.5 Mac
Any ideas how to easily fix this problem?

Also: When non-duplex printing is selected, the driver appears to be attempting to send a Fax - and fails.

So I reinstalled the driver and selected Customize. Instead of the default of installing all options I chose to install only the printer driver. That was then usable with duplexer functionality available. Maybe the default is only to install the Fax driver? Whatever the source of the problem, it has now been resolved.
