My C3760DN printer firmware update has gone wrong. Firmaware update program ended with with a FINISH button shown and program exited but printer still showing write status several hours later after computer was shutdown. I had no choice to restart printer. Printer now shows 016-317 message.

Is there anyway to force a reload of firmware
