MSFT Runtime Error

MSFT Visual C++ Runtime Library Runtime Error! Program: c:\Windows\System32\Spool\Dribers\W32x86\3\DLBSPS WX.EXE abnormal program termination.

Is this message a virus or a printer error that can be corrected? I cannot get rid of it.

Any advice will be appreciated.

Can you uninstall your printer drivers and reinstall? Does the error return after that? When are you getting this error?

The error message appears each time I try to print something, either on or off-line. I tried removing the printer and reinstalling and had a difficult time in getting it back in service.
