How can I get the flatbed scanner of my multifunction machine to scan more than one page? As soon as I scan one page, I get asked to save it as a document (picture). This not happen when I use the sheet feeder.

I can't even get started in the tech chat because I cannot find the service tag number and the one found by direct search gets me told that the machine is from out of country.
