printer AIO 924
I have placed new inkcartridges (the original j5566,j5567) bud every time i want printing
the paper is stucked in the printer ? can someone help me ? i have placed the cartridges good and
i have no error problem

Pick up the printer and turn it upside down and shake it and see if anything comes out.
Reason, a foreign object can be blocking the paper path.
