spools.exe-Application Error
I have a problem with my printer. I am trying to print something but I keep receiving an error message that says, spoolsv.exe-Application Error The instruction at "0x77e78b5b" referenced memory at "0x00000001". the memory could not be "read". Click ok to terminate the program Click on Cancel to debug the program. Can someone please help me. Thanks.

I have done a "Google" search about your problem and turned up this:

This last one offers rather more complicated advice about a process you should avoid unless you are confident about working in hte Registry.
