Suppressing Operator Panel Messages (2350dn)

Is there a way to entirely suppress the maintenance messages that appear on the printer's Operator Panel (Low Toner, Very Low Toner, PC Life Warning, etc.) on the 2300 family of printers (the 2350dn most specifically)?

We have more than 30 of these printers at this facility alone, and my users often overreact to these messages, and open tickets unnecessarily or prematurely based on what they are seeing on the printer's Operator Panel. My team manages Toner and Drum life with the Configuration Web Tool, so there is no need for the users to be exposed to these messages, and I'd like to be able to just turn them off entirely. Is there a way to do this?

I think you can disable the toner low msg. Go to the configuration web tool > Printer settings > Printer settings down and uncheck "Low Toner Alert Msg". You can disable the drum life tho'. A work around is to reset the drum counter once you get a message to replace the PC kit. Disabling these alerts are not really recommended.
