There are a couple of links below that may help you recover the admin password. Dell does not have any generic passwords that would get you into Windows. You would need to format and reinstall Windows or use 3rd party programs to recover the password.

If you've tried these suggestions and still can't sign in:

Hi, thanks for the response.

The Admin Password that is missing is not the Windows Admin Password, it is the Admin Password for Dell Data Protection. Without it, I cannot remove or uninstall Dell Data Protection and it will not let me re-install Windows.

This password was set up when Dell Data Protection was set up, and will not let me proceed.
