I have Microsoft Word 2002.  My problem is automatic response that I don't want .  For example:  when typing a letter the 2nd or 3rd line will indent when I don't want it to.

Also the first letter of the first word in a line will capitalize when it shouldn't. 

How can I correct these problems?
