Hello,

I am having a problem opening attachments in my Outlook emails. The "File Type" of the attachment is called "Outlook item File". When I try to click on it I get the following message:

 

This file cannot be previewed because of a problem with the following previewer:

 

Microsoft Office Outlook message and item Previewer

 

To open this file in it's own program double click it.

 

The icon for the attachment is the standard beige envelope, so I know it is an Outlook attachment. I'm not sure when this started happening, but I used to be able to open them.

 

I have a Dimension E521, running Vista Premium.
