Dell 2200MP clicking. Again.

When pluged in all I get is a clicking sound. Has anyone with this same problem (of which there are many) ever gotten an answer as to a solution?

Has this problem ever been successfully repaired by Dell or by anyone??

I don't mind paying for the repair but has it ever been done?
