EmailXtender Web Search Timeout

I'm trying to increase the timeout for the web page.

Can the timeout for the EmailXtender Web-base search be increased? Where is the setting?

Thanks,

Dawn

    Greetings,

To my understaning there is a registry key to do it. I do not have handy with me at this moment. I think it might be already on powerlink.emc.com. If you cannot find it support engineer should be able to let you know the answer of this question.

    Regards,
    Rajan

    It is a registry key:

    1. Stop all the EmailXtender Services
    2. Use Regedit and navigate to the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE->SOFTWARE-OTG->EmailXtender key.
    * Right-click on the EmailXtender key and select the New->DWORD Value option from the pop-up menu.
    * Re-label the New Value #1 DWORD Value object to WebTimeOut.
    * Double-click the new WebTimeOut DWORD Value object and enter your desired time expressed as number of minutes in the Value data: field. (e.g. 1 hour = 60)
    3. Restart all the services
