Hi I occurred problems installing a second harddrive to my Dimension 8250. I've had a second HD before and I did excactly as I did before, but My Windows Xp just doesn't see this new HD. Where could the problem be?

EDIT: I restarted my computer again and pressed F2 and entered the setup. There it said that the HD should be there, but Windows XP still doesn't show it.

Is there something I should do and I haven't done yet? Do I have to search for the HD for myself somehow? How? Last time I only connected those cables as told and voilá...
