HEAT reports

Is heat reports available for Customers?

If I have EMC grab output, how can I run my own heat reports?

Depending on your access rights in powerlink you should be able to access the Heat analysis tools

Home > Support > Product and Diagnostic Tools > Environment Analysis Tools > Host Environment Analysis Tool (HEAT)

What should I need to input for creating heat report?

Do I need to input the .zip file from GRAB utility?

Currently I cannot access the Heat site; I have several views within Powerlink, using the customer view I can still have the option to go to the HEAT Visit the Host Environment Analysis Tool (HEAT) Website whether my issue is a connectivity issue due to the site I work at, but but environments with less network restriction should be fine....if you have a problem getting to this site let us know and I can raise a call against it.

    Hi All

Can confirm that the HEAT tool is now up and running again "the authentication server down. That problem was resolved @ 1:11 pm yesterday"

HEAT site is down again, can one of EMC'ers nudge somebody internally ? Emails to powerlink support are not getting any response.

    Thanks

Anyone know of any updates to "heat_summary.pl" or where to access the latest?

I used it several years ago to create a Host Matrix from hundreds of HEAT reports for a client site.
