The correct login for Server Administrator is your operating system authentication. Is your Windows platform running Server Administrator? Are you able to log into it? When you log into Server Administrator on a Linux platform any Linux user id/password should work. Are any of the servers running X? Are you able to log in locally using an X session?
If you have additional questions, please provide a service tag for one of the Linux systems and the method used for installation. Also, check to make sure the OpenManage services are running by typing service omawsd status.
I have a very similar problem with a Poweredge 1850 running Red Hat Enterprise Linux ES release 3 (Taroon Update 5)
Kernel 2.4.21-27.0.2.ELsmp on an i686
