do you mean you get the Unisphere GUI login screen and it says the password is not correct ?

I don't understand the issue either.
If you already have initiators setup, and are logged in to the GUI, where can't you login to exactly?

ssh login maybe ??
that needs to be enabled and uses the service account

well - if the original poster doesnt answer after a week I guess that either
- it wasnt important
- if was fixed in the meantime
Reply If this is about ssh via putty (or similar), the user name is "service" not admin. Password will be usually force set during initial setup.
For vmware side of config, i dont think you need any login from vmware but Unity may need vSphere detail for discovery.

none of the logins, root, nasadmin, sysadmin nothing works.
