Unable to create a new tradionnal pool

Hello,

I have plug 11 new 1.8TB drives into a Dell Unity. There are already 11 new 1.2TB disks in the array. (RAID 5). The fast cache is enabled. Any drives are faulty.

When i try to create a new traditionnal pool with my 1.8TB drives, the system must to add at least one 1.2TB drive into my new pool.

See screenshot below:

    Hi,

Thanks for your question. Which OE version are you on? Do you fewer drive numbers allow you to only use 1.8TB disks? What is the number of spare drives set to? Page 31 https://dell.to/3TpgG34 it might be trying to have two spare drives and not one.

Let us know if you have any additional questions.
