Currently the license server is down which is why you are not able to register your system. When the license server is fix and back up and running then you should be able to register your system and get your license.

I’ve tried several times, but I keep receiving an "Internal Server Error [500]" trying get the license in the license portal.

Could you please advise when the Dell licensing service is expected to be restored or if there is an alternative way to proceed in the meantime?

We do not have an estimated fix time and there is not an alternative way.

We are not able to generate any license for Community Edition currently. We have opened an escalation to get an eta for when the server is to be fixed, but currently have not gotten an eta.
