Very high and continuous fan noise

Hi,

My Unity 300 fans are continuously working. A great sound rises about every 10 minutes, .. goes high and down in about 2 minutes.

So annoying .. what's the cause and cure please ...

please open a service request and have customer service investigate

Does this need just remote access to service port or there should be on site physical check ?

I dont know - thats for customer service to decide if they can find something use a data collect or webex or if they need to physically check
