when detecting if any error on switch port, we always look for counter like: CRC, link failure, loss of signal, loss of sync....

And we don't want to keep the counter increase, we want to get the warning message when the value increase more than 0....

In SRM, the definition is "> = 50 critical , >=20 error, >=10 warning, >=5 info, >=1 info", why is the definition??
