about blank homepage

Hello:
 
I have the about blank homepage hijack.  I have read the other thread and wonder if you can help me.  I did a freeware scan and saw at least 160 files.  Some of them had the name claria in it.  Scary.

    I downloaded the hjt files from the help.  When I tried to run cleanmgr I was prompted to delete a number of files from the Cdrive.  And I did not understand how to move the hjt from the desktop to the cdrive.  So I bailed from the first self help stuff.  I'll try again when I understand how to get this done.  Many thanks.

    Please note we require the FULL hijackthis log, not just part of it.
