HiJack This Log

Here is a copy of my HiJack this log. The reason I am putting this here is for the following problem.
About every 15 minutes I have the pop-up saying that Internet Explorer has caused a problem and needs to close. I had this problem on my daughters computer and whenever I clicked on close it would close out all the pages opened. But with this problem on my computer when I click on close all it does it close out the pop-up. If my computer is on for a long time and I am not around then when I come back it takes sometimes 10-20 times of clicking this pop-up to close it. This is just a very annoying problem that I can not figure out.

I have ran all the spyware programs and everything else I have on my computer to find and fix this, but have had no luck/
