My kids were on my computer while I was away and now my desktop has an  ad for some internet security program to protect yourself. Norton detected a virus  and took care of it, but the quarantined files have been deleted so I don't know what it was.

I turned off system restor and ran Adaware, Spybot, and Norton Antivirus (all current) and nothing. I ran Trend Micro's scan over the net and it found and removed BCDR_Toadcom.A

My cpu is running at 100 percent

In  Task Manager mstaskmgr2 was using all the cpu had so I stopped it and the computer runs better, but still the desktop won't change.
