Very Slow computer

My computer is extremely slow... slow to start up, slow to run programs such as the internet, and VERY slow to shutdown.  Sometimes Windows will not completely shutdown and I will have to unplug computer to be able to turn off my laptop.  I can not attach pictures to outgoing emails and my computer slows down to the point of stopping at times while surfing the net.  I have an Inspiron 6000, Windows XP, and connecting to the internet with a AT&T Sierra Wireless internet card.

Enclosed is my Hijack this file.  Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Tracy

    i don't see any spyware/malware in there.

The only thing i see that concerns me is the Roxio Live Share service that loads on startup.

Are you sharing things with people and not realizing it?

Can you update the firmware on your wireless card?

Please be aware that meryl_streep is not listed as a graduate of the malware removal schools that we contacted.
It is understood by the trained analysts that once a helper replies to a log, he continues working with you until the issue is resolved.

    Pixygirl, you have some choices:

    1. You can, at risk, continue working with the person who has taken ownership of this thread.

    2. You can repost your log at the top of the forum as a New Message, and wait for a trained analyst to reply.

    A list is here:
