in SPA go to Diagnostic > Double click on your Symmetrix > Double click on UNGROUPED (this will take a while to come up). Select your device and then on the bottom click on Explore tab. Under Metrics change from Key Performance Indicators to All. Select whatever metric and create charts

You can get all the information about SPA from SPA online help.

Click Help on the SPA menu bar and select Contents, Index, Search... to open the SPA online help.
