VMAX DEVICES Performance issue
Hi , We got a complaint from platform team that they are facing lot of performance issues on the device which we gave from VMAX 20K. Whats are the steps to find the root cause and fix please ?

Hi Mohan,
You need to verify if the Storage Ports are generating any error. Next check if the Switch ports are generating any error like Proc_rqrd etc, this means data frames are facing issues while getting transferred.
There are a number of performance Articles on ECN, you can search the same.
