Probleme with SRM 5

Hi, sorry if i make some mistakes i'm french

My configuration :
SITE A :
4 servers ESXi V5
1 Celerra NS-120
1 vCenter V5 + SRA V5 (64 Bits)

SITE B :
4 servers ESXi V5
1 Celerra NS-120
1 vCenter V5 + SRA V5 (64 Bits)

Celerra share their NFS LUNs with an aggregate of networks links (fgx0 + fgx1 = aggregate). I call my aggregate AG0

When i try to configure SRA for use this aggregate it doesn't work. The wizard doesn't got at the end.

If I configure SRA with only a simple network link, for exemple fgx0, it works. I can make the failover, failback without problem.

Does anyone have an idea ?

Send me an email at nastoolsupport@emc.com. I will arrange for getting a hot-fix to you which should correct your issue.

I moved this discussion out of the "VMware/EMC Events" space, to the main space to help increase its visibility. The move won't change any URLs or bookmarks.

After 15 days, we decide to change from NFS to iSCSI with no help from EMC or VMware. We had create a SR at EMC and VMware ...There is a bug in the SRA, and nobody is able to help us ...

Sorry to hear that. Hope this will work out in the next version or any hot fix release.

    Nico974,

Did the hot-fix I provided not resolve your issue, thus requiring a SRM patch?

I ask as the core issue of your problem is/was the use of aggregated network interfaces. These have to be recognized correctly by the SRA and we had an issue within our SRA that was preventing that. THat is why I provided hot-fix......can you provide more details?

If you prefer to handle the dialog offline then email to nastoolsupport@emc.com to my attention.

    THanks,

    Ken
