I own Vostro 3546 that came with windows 8 installed on the machine but after it got upgraded to windows 8.1 and above the windows logo (that tend to come after dell logo screen) disappeared. I also checked in SYSTEM CONFIGURATION that ' No GUI Boot' option is unchecked but still i can't see the windows logo on startup and instead of the logo the black screen with a cursor is seen.

The boot process on my pc:

1-The dell logo with spinning wheel.

2-The black screen with a cursor(if the mouse is dragged)

3-Normal lock screen, Login and desktop.

Please help with the same.
