My Dell Inspiron 6000 (delivered August 2005) developed a problem which I resolved by reinstalling Windows XP Home Edition (SP2)

I am in the process of reinstalling software etc. and cannot work out how to regain the "hibernate" icon alongside the Standby/Turnoff/Restart icons after clicking on "Start" and "Turn Off" buttons

Please can any Forum members guide me?
