Tools, internet options, security, custom level, then scroll down a bit and you can enable Active X. This is dangerous though as some malware can wreak havoc through Active X, so be careful where you travel on the web.
Go to Macromedia.com and download the Active X plug in Flash Player, as this is a plug in for Internet Explorer to view flash content. Also as the previous posting, check all browser settings in security to make certain you have all adjustment sliders in them, IE 6 does not set itself up, end users must do that.
