Hi everyone, 

I'm running Windows Vista 32.

I'm trying to run Windows Update but I get an error message when I try to download the updates.  I  get a Windows Update Error 80246008.  I followed what the instructions in a Microsoft Knowledge Base article say to do and the BITS is missing in services.  

Does anyone know how to get this to work again?  This is a really annoying problem.
