Blocked Startup Programs

Hi all,

I have several programs that are continually blocked from automatically starting up e.g. Google desktop. Is there any way to get the system to allow these (I know I can manually allow these.....but it is a real pain).

Thanks,

Pete Wilson

In the search box under all programs type "msconfig" (without quotes).  Under startup look for your programs and make sure there is a check mark in the box next to them.  Click "apply" and close.  Reboot and the program should load.  You can also stop programs from loading at boot here.

You may have to go under SERVICES also and make sure GOOGLE something or other is checked there also.

I know I had to go to SERVICES and STARTUP to prevent mine from starting.
