BLUE SCREEN
I have a Dimension 2400 OS XP home
when shuting down i have a blue screen with IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL stop code 0X0000000A (0X000002F4,0X00000002,0X00000001,0X806BD8B6)
Also one or two programmes will not open and system restore dose not work just opens and stays blank

1. Diable System Restore, reboot and re-enable it.
2. Now, check your Device Manager for yellow or red marks which would signify an installed driver that needs to be uninstalled or 'rolled back' and an updated driver for that device reinstalled . If don't know about Device Manager go to Help and Support and type those 2 words in.
PS When you have the Device Manager up click View|Show Hidden Devices.
