clearing Yahoo search history

OK, i know this isn't the place for this post, but i thought i'd run it by you guys anyway.
Anybody know how to clear Yahoo search history? Emailed Yahoo a week ago and have yet to recieve a response. Not trying to hide anything, just find it annoying. -;]

Thanks,

John

    John,
Have you tried clearing your browser's cache? Or your temporary internet folder? It would probably either be there or in a cookie. (I think it's more likely that the info is on your computer and not kept by Yahoo!.)

    Thanks Lydia,

Yep, cleaned every thing including index.dat, yet it persists.

Yeah, that did it (deleting items in search), thanks.

Don't have anything called CLEANMGR in my Windows file. Is that a utility?

by search history do you mean what comes up in the text field as past searches? if thats the case then select the field so that the cursor is in it, click once more and you should see all the searches come up, then simply delete them using the delete button.

If this is not the case, and deleting cookies, internet history or temporary internet files in the explorer properties (right click explorer icon on desktop), then try going to my computer> C drive>WINDOWS> and selecting CLEANMGR which has a little icon with a drive and a broom.

    Hope this helps.
