Computer locking up.

I have a 3 month old Diminsion 9100 running XP pro.  When I right click on an application a window appears and one of the options is "Send To" and there is an arrow pointing to which will let you send this to another drive or folder.  When I click on "Send To", my computer locks up.  It will even lock up if I happen to stop on it on my way to another option.

I have called Dell and they say it is a software issue and will help me if I pay them through dell on call.  Personally, I don't want to pay if someone has had the same problem and can offer some assistance.

Any ideas to fix this?

Sometimes a right click problem can be caused by a poorly coded context menu handler. A context menu handler is a shell extension handler that adds commands to an existing context menu (Example: cut, copy, paste, print, Scan with Norton etc)

Then disable one by one any third party shell extension until you find the one causing the problem

(type Context Menu. Sort by this column to make it easy).

    You are goooooooood!

I downloaded the program and disabled by context first and it still locked up the computer.  I then sorted by company name and disabled every one except Microsoft.  That is when I discovered the problem child.

    Thank you for your help.
