UNSOLVED
CPU RUNNING AT 100%
I have a new Dell Optiplex which runs windows XP. The PC runs very slowly and when I check it seems the CPU is running at 100%. Under processes the spoolsv.exe is running at 98/99. I assume this is the problem but do not know how to cure it. Can anyone help please?
