Regrettably Denny passed away in October of last year.  Those of us still on the forum miss him greatly.

Denny was the top contributor at the time on the Dell forum, but was not a Dell Moderator.   He had loads of experience, passed on a great deal of computer knowledge and assisted so many that when he passed away, we were all shocked and sadden.  

 

We still use some of his computer suggestions from his site.  Not many like him and can never really be replaced   :smileysad:

Denny put a lot of info on his web page.  Most of it is still available and if you search the forum for his posts you will see links to a lot of it in his signature block.  The favorite one, however, is the guidance for maintaining and reinstalling the os on your computer.  That one is here:
