I am trying to create a backup on a USB drive using Dell Backup and Recovery and I get the error message that indicates that my USB drive is not compatible with the Rescue Disk feature and asks if I want to create a Reinstall Disk instead. What is the difference? The backup I want is one that gets me back to where I am now after installing Windows 8.1
