Driver Download Problem

When I click on the download button, I see a message that its connecting but nothing happens.  I'm no longer under warranty but didn't think that mattered.  Running the latest patch of Vista OS.

Thanks for your help!

First, never use the Download Manager.  Always use the Download Via Browser option.  If you have already chosen Download  Manager, delete all Dell browser cookies, then choose the Browser option.

Second, click on the name of the driver instead of the Download Now button.  You will get another Download Now button later, after selecting the download type.

Lastly, if you still can't get a download to start, then hover over the Download Now link without clicking it and write down the URL for the download.  It will be something like http://ftp.dell.com/ something.  Then go directly to http://ftp.dell.com and browse to the folder and find the file it is referring to - this will download it directly from Dell's download repository.

I can't just go through and paste every link, but if there are specific ones you are trying to download, let me know which.

The direct download method worked successfully.  Thanks for your assistance!  It saved me a ton of frustration!
