I have a 4550 P4 2.66ghz with 1 gb memory and a Nvidea GeForce 5700 256mb AGP card. The original XP OS has been upgraded to SP2 with all updates. I have had difficuties with my Easy CD Creator 5.2 basic which I had updated all software updates from the Roxio web site so that I could burn CD's and DVD's. I decided to uninstall the software and start again and this is where my problem starts. When I run the Dell Roxio EasyCD Creator 5.2 Basic installation disc it shows a message telling me that it is not compatible with the following message: "Easy CD Creator 5 is incompatible with this version of Windows. For more information, contact Roxio, Inc..". If I click on the details box nothing happens! Where do I go from here? Shaun
