End Task message when shutting down
A friend has a Dell w/ XP and when she shuts down or restarts her computer, she gets a dialogue box (twice) that says "End Program--Sample" and one can either click on it to 'end task' or let it do it by itself. I found nothing in msconfig startup nor in Programs related to this. Can it be removed?

This problem has been reported before ( here) with no resolution.
