I created a scrap file on my desktop by draging an object from word. Now when I try to delete the scrap file I get the error msg: "Cannot delete scrap. It is being used by another person or program. Close any programs that might be using the file and try again."I have closed everything I can think of. How do I find out what program is using the scrap file or how do I override the error msg and just delete it?
