sorry dunedin what am i uninstalling?  lol sry   the old one?  cuz every were i read it says the abode flash player all have bugs to be worked out is this true? sounds silly     and one more thing when i go play mahgong the game on iwin.com it says script error  it always says that is it because i dont have the latest flash player? thanks

thank you for telling me about the flash player it is awsome now the pictures are so different thanks.         what i wanted to ask you it isnt about the flash player and i dont know if i am in right spot but when i got play a game it says script error do you still want to play on this script???   what does that mean?   did it have something to do with flashplayer or is this another issue?? thank you

If it does not uninstall properly
To finish the uninstall, open the Task Manager (Ctrl+Alt+Delete), click the "Processes" tab, select "killbrowser.exe", click and say "yes" to the resulting dialog box

 

The  uninstaller may not remove Flash from all locations so you should search for the following files and delete, if found:

 

NPSWF32.dll
flashplayer.xpt
GetFlash.exe
GetFlash.exe.manifest
NPSWF32_FlashUtil.exe

 

Then try to install Flash Player 9

dunedin  I thought i had it right flash player i went to uninstal and it said unistall succesfull and the i clicked on latest flash player and it said sucsseful excuse spelling i am tired but i didnt know i had 9 on there but i do have flashplayer macromedia flash player 7.0.1.90 i tried to uninstall it and wont i even did a reboot and still there so what do i do now sorry about the mess i am good at that. messing up stuff i must of had 7 and 9 and it got rid of 9 so i tried to uninstall again to get rid of 7 but do i need to get rid of the uninstaller? that wouldnt make sense i used it and it didnt get rid of 7 it did download activex tho and when i did uninstall it got rid of the activex  help me plzzzzzzzzzzzzz

ok i will try that i have IE6 cuz i put a hold on IE7 so it wont download on its own i hope this has nothing to do with it because i had a heck of a time getting my iwin.com card online back. but here i go

ok dunedin  I am sorry took so long to get back here now i looked up all the flash things you asked of me the NPSWF32.dll  flashplayer.xpt  getflash.exe  getflash.exe.manifest    I had none except the last two getfash.exe.manifest and getflash.exe i tried to delete getflash.exe and it wouldnt let me it told me i had to update so i did and now i have Adobe flash player ActiveX9   yet I also have Adobe reader 7.09  so now what? i really dont use the adobe much but i guess i need to update that too then righ? cuz i dont see any pictures in the middle of some pop u p adds they are blank white   when you said to go into task mnagr and stop process kill browser.exe i didnt have that either  i did have explore on there tho. should i have done something with that?  I didnt and i am not doing anything until you tell me what next to do how do I know if i have flash player? i am so stupid sometimes and i get really frustrated sorry but  i quess i had the newer one on here it just needed updating or something so you got all the information i can give you do i delet my old adbode 7.09 and download the newer version its just that i am trying to save some space on this 2400 dell pc i will wait for you thank you

Adobe Flash Player and Adobe Reader are two different things

 

Adobe Reader is to open and view all PDF files

 

Go to this site and it will test your Flash Player.  Just follow the instructions if you need to update it
